Helping to create an anti-racist community — a more equitable, just and open society in which everyone feels safe, valued and respected.

Building on its long track record of work in diversity and inclusiveness, The Saint Paul Foundation is launching an initiative called Facing Race We’re All In This Together™.  Facing Race is a multi-year campaign aimed at positively changing the nature of personal, organizational and institutional relationships and is focused on the Minnesota counties of Dakota, Ramsey and Washington.

Conversations About Race and Racism
In order to create opportunities for individuals to talk about racism, we have developed the New Conversations About Race and Racism™ discussion tool. You can get involved by hosting a conversation at home or in the community with your family, neighbors, friends, club members or co-workers. Click here to learn more.

The Saint Paul Foundation's Committment to racial equality
