Events

We are happy to publicize events that help eliminate racism or encourage people of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds to come together. All events posted in this section are open to the general public.

We will include events sponsored by Minnesota Community Foundation and The Saint Paul Foundation, as well as events sponsored by other organizations.

Being listed in this section does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the Foundations.

Events posted in this section must meet the following requirements:

• The event must support the goals of eliminating racism or encouraging people of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds to interact with each other.
• The event must be open to the public.
• The event must be relevant to Minnesota.
• Any fees or costs to the participant must be clearly stated in the event submission.
• The event posting feature is primarily designed to be used by nonprofit, governmental and educational institutions. Submissions from for-profit organizations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• The event or sponsoring organization may not discriminate in terms, conditions or privileges associated with access to the event on the account of race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, age, physical or mental disability or otherwise as prohibited by law.
• Event submissions may not include any language that can be construed as defamatory, that violate intellectual property or otherwise violate applicable laws.
• A listing in our events section does not constitute an endorsement or sponsorship from The Saint Paul Foundation.
• We only accept postings for events that happen within the next year.
• The Saint Paul Foundation reserves the right to decline any calendar submission because it does not meet the submission requirements or for any other reason.

Please submit your event at least five business days prior to when you would like it posted on our website. The Saint Paul Foundation staff will screen each submission to ensure that it meets the above requirements. You will be notified whether your submission is approved and its posting date.
